ICoMST 2024

70th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology "Responsible Meat Production" With its first edition held in 1955, ICoMST is currently the largest and most prestigious international congress in the field of meat science and technology. In 2024, ICoMST will be held for the second time in Brazil, following the tremendous success of the event held in Campinas, SP in 2003. In its 70th edition, the congress aims to bring together approximately 500 professionals from over 30 countries, including scientists, business leaders, and representatives from legislative bodies. The speakers and participants of ICoMST are renowned opinion leaders in the field of meat science and technology.
