Dr. Ioan Ladoși Presents WelFarmers Project at AGRARIA 2025 in Cluj County

Dr. Ioan Ladoși, Vice President of the Romanian Pork Producers Association (APCPR) and Assistant professor at University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca, attended the 30th edition of the AGRARIA agricultural exhibition, held from April 10 to 13, 2025, in Jucu, Cluj County, Romania. During the event, Dr. Ladoși presented the WelFarmers project.

Dr. Ladoși's presentation highlighted the objectives and purpose of the project, as well as the 17 partners from 8 participating European countries. He underlined the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to achieve these goals and enhance the competitiveness of pig farming on the European market.​

AGRARIA 2025 served as a platform for industry professionals, farmers, and policymakers to exchange ideas and explore innovative solutions in agriculture. The exhibition featured a variety of events, including demonstrations of agricultural machinery, discussions on sustainable farming, and networking opportunities for participants.​

Dr. Ladoși's participation and the presentation of the WelFarmers project highlighted the commitment to promote animal welfare and sustainable practices in pig production. The initiative represents a significant step toward modernizing the pig farming sector and ensuring its long-term success.​
